PROJECT OVERVIEW
GPT Group is seeking approval to continue the development of the Yiribana Logistics Estate with the construction and operation of two warehouse and distribution facilities known as Warehouse 2 (WH2) and Warehouse 4 (WH4) located at Yiribana East.
The site is located at 754 Mamre Road, Kemps Creek NSW and forms part of the broader Yiribana Logistics Estate, a master planned logistics hub within the Mamre Road Precinct. The proposed development is consistent with the planned industrial land use outcomes for the precinct.
THE PURPOSE OF THE PROPOSAL
The development responds to growing demand for modern warehousing and distribution facilities in Western Sydney and will contribute to job creation and increased industrial capacity in a strategic location that supports the Western Sydney International Airport and the future Bradfield City Centre.
PROJECT DETAILS
Approval for the development is being sought via the State Significant Development (SSD) planning pathway. The consent authority is the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI). The SSDA seeks approval for:
